How It All Started...
... in a teenage room
From the first minute of the FW2008 Dior Couture show, I fell in love with fashion and never fell out of it again. At 14, I decided that I was meant to be a designer - a fashion designer. My mother bought me my first sewing machine and my friend's mother gifted me a big bag of scrap fabrics, and so the sewing began. I had no knowledge about sewing, but I was determined.
The scraps of fabric became clothes and my friends became models, makeup artists, and photographers. As the teenage girl grew, so did the dreams, the collections, and the team, still consisting of my friends who have generously supported me with their remarkable talents.
What started in a teenage room ended at international fashion fairs during fashion weeks in Copenhagen, in a beautiful boutique in a historic town in Sweden, on artists in sold-out venues, and outsourced to skilled artisans in the beautiful countrysides of Southeast Europe.
But after a short break, the collections are moving back home to be handmade - uniquely and one of a kind. While there are some other slight changes, the heart of my label remains intact. I hope you will honor me by exploring my online showroom.
